Midlothian Security Alert: Thieves Targeting Garages in Dalkeith & Bonnyrigg with ‘Lock Snapping’
The Midlothian community, particularly in Dalkeith and Bonnyrigg, is being urged to be vigilant after a recent surge in garage break-ins over the last few weeks.
Criminals appear to be targeting garages to steal high-value items such as E-bikes and motorcycles, and a common method of entry is the exploitation of vulnerable door locks, including those on popular brands like Hormann.
